1) Why are your prices so low?

Our product prices do not include shipping. Because we ship to many countries and shipping costs vary by destination, parcel size/weight, carrier, and local taxes, we separate the product price from the shipping fee. This lets us keep product pricing stable while giving you the most accurate shipping quote for your address and order size.
Additionally, larger orders lower the shipping cost per item, and we can offer better volume discounts—that’s why we serve both retail and wholesale customers.

2) Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship worldwide and primarily use UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other reliable local partners. For the safest and most efficient delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can recommend the best shipping method. Delivery times depend on the destination country and carrier.

3) How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, parcel size/weight, chosen carrier, and applicable taxes/fees. The more you order, the more cost-effective the shipping becomes. We’ll provide a tailored quote once we know your order list and shipping address.

4) How long does processing take? When do I get a tracking number?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours (business days). After dispatch, please allow about 24 hours for your tracking number to become active. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link.

5) Which couriers do you use?

We commonly ship with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and may also use trusted regional partners depending on your address to ensure faster and safer delivery.

6) Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once shipped, we’ll send your tracking number. You can also check status via a universal tracking tool such as 17TRACK.

7) Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
